Pre-application is the applicant's statement that they are applying for an LCP position.
Format: Letter/video
In the pre-application, you must indicate that you are applying for the position of LCP LC Ekaterinburg and are notified of all stages of the elections and timelines.

! No applications received after deadline will be considered !
Application package should contain:
- Each file has to be in .PDF format (or on tilda), named as following: Name_Last name_part of package. The whole application has to be sent in one .zip file named as following: Name_task name
- Questionnaire: These questions should not take more than 15 pages.

- What motivates you to lead AIESEC in Ekaterinburg(AiE)?
- What are your main goals in life?
- What are your 3 main values? How will they influence your decisions as a leader?
- How have you changed over the last year? Describe 3 stories that have influenced the most and how?
- What is your personal statement? How does this relate to the vision of AIESEC?

2. Present the LC strategy for the year (February 2023 - January 2024). In the strategy, indicate MoS, focuses - in Google Sheets
3. Make a LC budget for the year (February 2023 - January 2024) - in Google Sheets
4. Make a culture map of the LC (symbols, behaviors, values, etc.) - 1 page
5. Collect feedback from the people you work with or have worked with - in Google Sheets
